High Gear Solutions LLC supports North American businesses through two complementary areas: Global Sourcing & Supply and Logistics & Back-Office.

Global Sourcing & Supply

We help businesses evaluate and source apparel, workwear, and headwear through manufacturing partners, starting in India. Our role is to coordinate supplier sourcing, quotations, sampling, production, quality oversight, and international fulfillment—from RFQ to delivery. Suitable options elsewhere in Asia are evaluated according to each project’s requirements.

Logistics & Back-Office

We support U.S. owner-operators and small trucking fleets with dispatch coordination, rate negotiation, broker communication, paperwork, invoicing, fuel tracking, safety records, and compliance support, aligned with their equipment, preferred lanes, and schedules.
